• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement is the collection, transportation and disposal of hazardous waste from the activities of the "Sveta Anna" UMBAL - Sofia JSC. The collection is carried out from the landfill of the medical facility. The collection and transportation of hazardous waste should be carried out according to schedule. Number of visits to the medical facility - at least 3 times a week /according to an established schedule/, and if necessary - upon additional request by fax or e-mail to the Contractor. Emergency response time call is at the suggestion of the participant, in hours, but not more than 2 hours from the submission of the signal. The service is provided with transport owned by the Contractor. The contractor undertakes to carry out the collection of hazardous waste with its own containers of 240 liters, /minimum 90 pieces/, provided free of charge to the Contracting Authority for the duration of the contract. The quantities of the activities from the specification attached to the documentation for participation in the procedure will depend on the specific stated needs of the Contracting Authority for the term of the contract - 36 months from its conclusion. The participant submits only one offer, according to the conditions specified in the participation documentation, for the complete implementation of all activities under the contract, and participation in single activities is not allowed and presentation of options.
