Description:
The purpose of the public procurement is to designate a contractor to conclude a contract for its execution, in order to maintain the cleanliness of the School of Qualification and Retraining of Persons at the Sv. St. Constantine and Helena, representing a massive building consisting of a hotel part of three floorsand a food block, with a built -up area of 1015 m2 / according to the ADC / and a built -up area of 2767 m2.
Cleaning the building will be carried out by the contractor, according to the schedules approved by the contracting authority, with its own staff, machines and purchased by it and at his expense cleaning products and materials, exceptof the supplies for charging the sanitary - hygiene and toilets, which are not included in the value of the contract and will be provided by the contracting authority.
Maintenance of cleanliness within the meaning of this documentation includes current and basic cleaning activities during the period 01 June-30September, dry and wet cleaning using manual, and at the discretion of the contractor and machine method, and cleaning products of the parts of the hotel part and the food block of the school and its furnishings in it.
The cleaning service includes the following main activities:
I.Current cleaning
a. Four times, every week, maintenance of cleanliness, including:
- washing with appropriate preparations of solid flooring in the accommodation rooms, corridors, bathrooms, stairs and inter-storey sites;
