- The subject of the current public procurement includes the implementation of the following activities:
Assigning the right to use, parameterization and setup of the automated accounting system/accounting software/ for the central management of the SDP DP and its adjacent territorial divisions.
Training of at least120 employees in the territorial divisions and central management.
Subscription service and support of the accounting software for 24 months after the implementation of the system.
The accounting software /system/ must be developed in compliance with the requirements of the Accounting Act, as those processed through nodata and source documents must be in Bulgarian. The system must provide the ability to summarize and display the information in real time for all divisions. To allow additional applications to be built that are in addition to accounting or standaloneservices aimed at covering and automating various activities in the enterprise.
