Description:
The subject of this public procurement includes the implementation of the following activities: 1. Assignment of the right of use for the term of the contract, parameterization and setup of the automated accounting system and license for the Database Management System for the Central Administration of "Southwestern Stateforeign enterprise" SE and its territorial divisions.2. Training of up to 120 employees in the territorial divisions and central management to work with the system. 3. Subscription maintenance of the accounting software from the date of regular operation, certified by Protocol, until the expiration of the contractthe thief. 4. Annual technical support of the Database Management System. The accounting software /system/ must be developed in compliance with the requirements of the Accounting Law, as the data processed through it and the source documents must be in Bulgarian. The system must be availablethere is an opportunity to summarize and display the information in real time for all divisions
