Description:
The subject of this public procurement includes the implementation of the following activities:
1. Assignment of the right of use for the term of the contract, parameterization and setup of the automated accounting system and license for the Database Management System for the Central Management of "Irrigation Systemstopics" EAD and its territorial divisions.
2. Training of 70 employees in the territorial divisions and central management to work with the system.
(The number of employees is indicative and calculated based on the accountants and financial controllers engaged in the system of "Irrigation Systems" EAD.the number of employees subject to training is determined by the specific needs of the Contracting Authority).
3. Subscription maintenance of the accounting software from the date of regular operation, certified by the Protocol, until the contract expires.
4. Annual technical support of the Management Systemdatabase transaction.
