The conclusion of a framework agreement to provide consulting services for conformity assessment of investment projects, exercise of construction supervision and investor control in the implementation of construction works, assigned to the Krasna Polyana Sofia region.
By conducting this procedure, the contracting authority aims to conclude a framework agreement with up to three contractors on each separate Item for the award of the conformity assessment activities of the investment projects, the exercise of construction supervision and investor control in the implementation of construction and assembly works, assigned by the Krasna Polyana Sofia region.
Services subject to Lot No 1 include:
Performing Assessment of the conformity of the investment projects assigned to the Krasna Polyana Sofia region- preparation of complex conformity assessment reports under Art. 169, para. 1, items 1-6 of the Spatial Planning Act /ZUT /.
Services subject to Lot 2, include:
Construction Supervision of construction works, assigned from the Krasna Polyana Sofia region during construction, in accordance with Art. 168 of the SPA.
Services subject to Lot No. 3 include:
Complete coordination of the construction process from the beginning of construction to the commissioning of construction, incl. evaluation of the willingness of the construction for commissioning;
