The current open procedure is for the award of a public contract for the conclusion of a framework agreement with the subject: "Performance of current repairs, emergency repairs and separate construction and installation works in properties, part of the housing fund of the Ministry of Defense, under the management of the Executive Agency "Military Cubes and Military Recreation".
The contracting authority concludes a contract with three contractors.
If when conducting procedure, it is found that there is not a sufficient number of potential contractors who meet the selection criteria and/or a sufficient number of offers that meet the previously announced conditions, the Contracting Authority will conclude a framework agreement only with participants who meet the criteria for selection and whose bids meet the pre-announced conditions, regardless of the number of ranked participants will be less than three.
