- The scope of this public procurement includes the delivery, installation, commissioning and warranty service of 9,656 units. inverter air conditioners, in connection with the implementation of the project "Improving the quality of atmospheric air in the Municipality of Shumen", financed under procedure No. BG16FFPR002-5.001 "For cleaner air!" under priority 5 "Air" of the "Environment" Program 2021-2027. The municipality of Shumen has been identified as a potential beneficiary under the mentioned project, the general goal of which is to improve the quality of atmospheric air, by reducing excessive levels of fine dust particlespipes (FFP) in the territories of municipalities with impaired air quality according to this indicator in the period 2021-2027 from domestic heating. The full description, conditions and requirements for the implementation of the individual activities included in the subject scope of the order are detailed in the Technical Specificationsication.
The purpose of the public procurement is for the Employer to conclude a Framework Agreement with up to 4 (four) potential contractors.
