- Subject of the public procurement: Conclusion of insurance: "Property damage" to geodetic instruments and "Professional liability", according to Art. 20, para. 3 of the Law on the Cadastre and Land Registry (ZKIR), including two separate positions as follows:
Position No. 1: Insurance with insurance"Property damage" to geodetic instruments owned by the Ministry of Defense.
The requirements for the service are specified in TS C94.3634.20.
Item No. 2: Insurance with "Professional Liability" insurance, according to Art. 20, para. 3 of the ZKIR, to employees of the Ministry of Defense under exA review of their official duties under the cadastre.
