- The subject of this order is "Conducting an information campaign for the population in the municipality of Haskovo within the framework of the project "Improving the quality of atmospheric air in the municipality of Haskovo", financed under the Program "Environment" 2021-2027. The purpose of the order is to select qualified consultant, coto support the municipality of Haskovo in the preparation, organization and implementation of an information campaign for the population in the municipality to implement measures to improve air quality within the framework of the project "Improving the quality of atmospheric air in the municipality of Haskovo".
The information campaign will betakes place throughout the preparation and implementation of the project, informing the population in detail about the benefits of replacing heating devices with solid fuel, the permissible alternatives for the replacement, the conditions and criteria for including those who wish to participate in the replacement scheme.
