- Carrying out an analysis of the legislation in the field of public transport, which will take into account current weaknesses, take into account good European practices from other countries in the EU and carry out consultations with administration, business, NGOs, civil organizations representing interested parties in the regionof public transport.
The analysis should identify the problems and weaknesses in the public transport system in the country and propose appropriate normative solutions, including administrative and/or legislative changes, which will serve as a basis for formulating antagged policy for the public transport of passengers in the country.
