- assessment of compliance with the essential requirements for the construction works on all parts of the investment project, in volume and content according to the Spatial Planning Act, including the conformity assessment and technical control of the part "structural" as ofArt. 142, para. 10 of the Spatial Planning Act and an assessment of compliance with respect to the compliance of the project with the requirements for energy efficiency under Art. 169, para. 1, item 6 of the Spatial Planning Act, according to Art. 11 of the Spatial Planning Act;
- Preparation of a comprehensive report on conformity made;
- assistance toThe contracting authority in the procedure for coordination and approval of the investment project and issuing a building permit for the site.
2. Exercise construction supervision, including:
