- 1. An existing building. The existing building was built in 1967. Both the initial and purpose is "for the hospital" - the maternity ward. In 2007, it was converted into the Elderly Home and was oriented west-east, with the main entrance from the north and a second entrance from the east. The building is two above ground and one semi -packed (basement) level. In the basement floor there are storage rooms, boiler, washing machines and technical premises. On the first floor there are single and double rooms, living room, staircase and service premises. On the second floor there are single and double rooms, staircase and servicing premises. The rooms on the second floor have a balcony south, as well as the corridor between them east. The construction of the building is massive with supporting stone and brick walls, and monolithic inter -storey floor structures - plates with beams and belts. The foundations and basement walls are made of stone masonry. The roof of the building is four -sided with ceramic bodies. The structure is wooden standing on the reinforced concrete slab above the second floor. 2. Newly designed building (extension). The extension to the existing building is a building with a public-service function as reflected in the situational plan in the graphic part of the project. The newly designed building (extension) is oriented in the property north - south and is attached to the existing one, which is also two -storey but without a basement floor.
