The current public procurement includes:
1. Energy efficiency and preparation inspection of A valid certificate for energy characteristics of a building in operation prepared in accordance with Art. 48 of the EEA;
2. A survey for establishing the technical characteristics of a building related to the satisfaction of the requirements under Art. 169, para. 1 and para. 3 of the Spatial Planning Act and the preparation of a technical passport in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Three of Ordinance No. 5 of 2006 on the technical passports of the construction works.
