• Description:
• The Municipality of Ruse will implement the project "Improving the quality of atmospheric air in the Municipality of Ruse", financed under the Procedure "For cleaner air!" under the "Environment 2021 - 2027" Program.
  The purpose of the order is to select a qualified contractor to assist the Ruse municipality in preparation and organization and conducting an information campaign for the population in the municipality to implement measures to improve air quality within the framework of the project "Improving the quality of atmospheric air in the municipality of Ruse".
  The information campaign will take place during the implementation of the project, introducing in detail the population with the benefits of replacing heating devices with solid fuel, the permissible alternatives for the replacement, the conditions and criteria for the inclusion of those who wish to be included in the replacement scheme.
  The aim of the information campaign is to achieve a high degree of awareness and understanding among the population about the need to replace the solid fuel heating devices and the opportunities provided for their replacement free of charge within the framework of the cited project.
  The necessary characteristics of the subject of the public procurement are described in detail in the Technical Specification - Annex no 1 to this Documentation for participation in the order.
