Description:
1. The subject of the contract includes activities for organizing and carrying out medical examinations and research by medical officers and health mediators as follows:
Examination by specialist cardiologist and ECG - withdrawal of anamnesis and general health status, performing and reading ECG, measurement blood pressure;
Ophthalmologist examination, visual acuity determination, examination with autorefractometer, examination of eye pressure without the use of drugs and, if necessary, vision correction - prescription issuance;
Ultrasound of abdominal organs;
Clinical Studies - complete blood count, blood sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides, ASAT, ALAT;
mammary gland ultrasound;
Additional blood-laboratory tests, beyond the required as compulsory.
