- The subject of the public procurement is "Conducting training to increase the qualifications of employees of the DSOBT-GJSOBT for specific positions", as follows: specific position No. 1 "Conducting training for inspection of the accident scene after incidents with explosives devices' specific item No. 2 "Conduct training to respond to incidents involving improvised explosive devices and improvised explosive substances and mixtures", under project: BG65ISPR001-3.002-0004 "Upgrading the material base and increasing the preparation of DSOBT officers - GJSOBT", within the framework of Operation 2 of Procedure No. 2, Specific objective 3 "Support for strengthening the capacity of Member States to prevent and fight crime, terrorism and radicalization, as well as to manage related security incidents, risks and crises, including through enhanced cooperation between public authorities, relevant bodies, offices or agencies of the Union, civil society and private partners in the different Member States" (BG65ISPR001-3.002), in within the framework of the "Internal Security" fund for the period 2021 - 2027.
