Description:
The purpose of the order is to conduct training of 10 ESO EAD employees when working with UNIFY (Openscape 4000 Duplex with integrated Softgate Openscape Xpert installed on the Lenovo ThinkSystem SR250 Server and their adjacent dispatchers) All four territorial dispatching departments (TDO), as well as recording devices, production of Vidicode (Call Recorder Apresa) installed on Apresa Super Micro 1u Server and external archives, production of Tandberg Data (RDX Quikstor Extor audition.
Each stage contains one training of 10 ESO EAD employees for each of the two stages the contracting authority sends a training order. The training for each stage is conducted 10 ESO EAD employees and each of the trainings lasts 5 working days.
In A period of 10 calendar days after the sending of an order for training to 10 ESO EAD employees, the contractor is obliged to offer and provide an appropriate hall for its holding, located in the territory of any of the following cities: Sofia, Plovdiv, Pleven or Varna for conducting the training.
