Construction and installation works with the following characteristics. positions: Separate position No. 1 "SMR for the implementation of energy-saving measures and provision of an accessible architectural environment of the building of the "Development - 1891" private enterprise, village of Kozlovets, commune. Svishtov"; Separate position No. 2 "SMR for the implementation of energy-saving measuresand provision of an accessible architectural environment of the building of the "Consciousness 1899" Primary School, village of Ovcha Mogila".
1. The subject of general order for vol. pos. No. 1, includes the implementation of the SMR for the introduction of energy-saving measures and the provision of an accessible architectural environment for the building of the "Development-1891" private enterprise in the village of Kozhunter".
The proposed measures provide for the following repair works to be carried out:
-renovation of the building by increasing the efficiency,
-implementation of the technical project, presented in parts Architecture, SC, HVAC, Electric, Electro-FET, Energy efficiency, PB, PBZ and PUSO.
-implementation of a measureand to ensure access for people in a disadvantaged position.
-other measures included in the technical project.
The SMP planned for implementation are mainly aimed at implementing energy efficiency measures and building an accessible architectural environment, as follows:
-thermal insulation of facades EPS-F with eebelina 10 cm. 1392.88 m2
-thermal insulation on the plinth of facades XPS 10 cm. - 123.70 m2
-thermal insulation on XPS roof with a thickness of 10 cm roof - 778.06 m2;
-tile membrane on the existing wooden cladding, slats and counterslats and replacement of shingles - 381.2 m2;
