• The Management Board of "Electricity Distribution Networks West" EAD, as a sectoral public procurement contractor within the meaning of Art. 5, para. 4, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), carrying out sectoral activity under Art. 123, item 2 in connection with Art. 125, para. 1, item 1 of the ZOP and § 2, item 60 of the Additional Provisions (DR) of the ZOP on the basis of special or exclusive rights in the sense of § 2, item 47 of the DR of the ZOP, opens and conducts a procedure of the type "negotiation with a preliminary invitation to participate" with the subject: "Construction and installation works for reconstruction and new construction of medium and low voltage cable networks and electrical equipment of substations on the territory of the city of Sofia", ref. No. PRS 25-176. The subject of the public procurement is divided into 4 (four) separate items as follows: Separate position No. 1: Reconstruction and new construction of MV and LV cable networks and electrical equipment of substations on the territory of the city of Sofia - OC (Operational Center) South. Separate position No. 1 covers the territory and will is implemented in the following areas of the Capital Municipality: Lozenets, Krasno Selo, Triaditsa, Vitosha and Ovcha Kupel. Separate position No. 2: Reconstruction and new construction of MV and LV cable networks and electrical equipment of substations on the territory of the city of Sofia - OC North. Separate position No. 2 covers the territory and will be implemented in the following districts of the Capital Municipality: Serdika, Poduyane, Slatina, Kremikovtsi, Oborishte and Nadezhda.
