• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor to carry out construction and repair works (SRR) in classrooms, offices, laboratories and common areas in the Sectional Block building of the UMBAL "St. Marina". Construction and repair works include: construction of front wall cladding of plasterboard panels; dismantling of an existing and installation of a new ceiling, complete repainting with preliminary repair and restoration of compromised plaster, putty; reworking of electrical panel, replacement of old lighting fixtures with new LED lighting fixtures. The construction and repair works are described in detail in Appendix No. 1 - Technical specification and Additional specification and technical requirements for the vehicle in Appendix 1.1. The total built-up area of ​​the repairable parts is 220 m2 sq. The materials used in the implementation of the subject of the public procurement must comply with the provisions of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-1 of 05.02.2015 on the conditions and procedure for the application of construction products in the constructions of the Republic of Bulgaria (SG, No. 14/20.02.2015) The contracting authority reserves the right to assign additional activities, the need for which arose in the course of execution of the order and represent an increase in the quantities (volume) provided for in the CCC for a given type of work or are a new type activities not included in the CCS, but are objectively necessary for the implementation of the subject of the order.
