- The subject of the public procurement is construction and repair works in premises No. 221, No. 222, No. 311, No. 416. All premises are located in the building of the Medical College, Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. No. 84, Varna.
The construction and repair works for the renovation of the premises include: construction of plasterboard partition walls; dismantling of partition walls made of plasterboard; replacement of an existing and installation of a new ceiling, complete repainting with preliminary repair and restoration of compromised plaster; laying new flooring; construction of cable electrical power supply, power electrical installation power supply for stationary technological and HVAC users /office equipment, air-conditioning installation/, current circuits of electrical contacts, internal lighting installation with LED lighting fixtures.
The total built-up area of the repairable parts is 116.51 m2 sq.
The contractor should perform the CPP according to the requirements of the Employer specified in the Technical Specification and General Requirements to the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1 and No. 1.1).
