• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement is construction and repair work in premises located on the third and fourth floor of the building of RZI-Varna /High body/, located in the city of Varna, 3 "Bregalnitsa" street. The contractor should perform the CPP, according to the requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in the Technical Specification, General Requirements to the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1÷No. 1.1). Dismantling works will be carried out in the premises; sanding, reinforced putty, priming and painting; replacement of lighting fixtures; complete revision and replacement of the equipment in the existing panels to ensure the fire safety of the installation; installation of floor boxes; replacement of radiators and pipes; exterior wall cladding with reinforced pre-wall cladding to secure of sufficient carrying capacity for the radiators; window sills are covered with a two-layer coating of gypsum fiber moisture-resistant boards on a reinforced metal construction of profiles 40x20x1.5mm, 40cm apart. The total built-up area of ​​the renovated premises is 347.20 sq. m., namely: - Cabinet No. 301, floor 3, High building, with an area of 16.81 sq.m., with dimensions of 4.17 m x 4.03 m; - Study hall No. 302, floor 3, High building, with an area of ​​42.00 sq.m. with dimensions 4.00 m x 10.50 m; - Cabinet No. 303, floor 3, High body, with an area of ​​15.26 sq.m., with dimensions of 4.83 m x 3.16 m; - Study hall No. 304, floor 3, High building, with an area of ​​33.62 square meters, with dimensions of 6.32m x 5.32m; - Cabinet No. 305, floor 3, High building, with an area of ​​14.83 sq.m., with dimensions of 4.83 m x 3.07 m; - Study hall No. 306, floor 3...
