With the implementation of the activities subject to the public order: "Construction of a hotel and a training facility hall to the multifunctional sports hall "Arena Botevgrad" in UPI III for a multifunctional sports hall, stadium, training and hotel complex, substation, parking and landscaping in district 80 according to the plan of the town of Botevgrad" aims to build the necessary infrastructure for holding a number of events of a sporting nature, incl. sports competitions and training. A partial amendment of the current PUP - zoning within the scope of RPI I - City park in quarter 80, RPI I - For a multifunctional sports hall, training hall with a hotel complex, substation, parking and landscaping in quarter 249, RPI 1 - For public service activities and landscaping, quarter 251 and PUP - PUR of adjacent streets with axis points according to the plan of the town of Botevgrad. For UPI I - city park, a planning zone for greening "Oz" is established with indicators: Pzastr. 1%, Kint 0.06 and Pos 65% - A new UPI.III is formed - for multifunctional sports hall, stadium, training and hotel complex, substation, parking lot and landscaping in quarter 80 in sports and attractions zone "SA" with indicators Pzastr. 30%, Kint 0.3 and Pos 20%, H15m for the construction of buildings for sports and public service activities. The project represents the construction of complex of buildings with different purposes.
