• In the context of the communication connectivity of the Consular Services of the Republic of Bulgaria in third countries with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the need for the provision of a satellite data transfer service between the National Visa Center (NVC) to the MFA Directorate and three Consular Services to the MFA has been identified Transmission of the Republic of Bulgaria in third countries.
