"Construction of a Multi-Story Parking Lot in Upi I-265 "For Health Needs", Quarter 4A According to the Plan of the Railway "Zornitsa", the City of Burgas /Pi with Identifier 07079.601.265 According to the Kkkr of the City of Burgas/
The multi-storey car park is designed on two levels, taking into account the existing unevenness of the terrain, with a view to achieving maximum economy and efficiency of traffic organization. The project solution was chosen so that the new construction fits harmoniously into the existing surrounding environmentand, in compliance with the project vertical layout of the future Children's Hospital. The project envisages the possibility of parking 106 units. cars and 10 motorbikes. Above the second parking level, the construction of a structure of metal columns with a metal pergola for the installation of photovoltaics is plannedical system for producing electricity for own needs. The minimum power of the power plant is 300 kW.
