Subject of this public procurement “Construction of new, basic, low-rise, free-standing construction of a gymnasium at "Hristo Botev" elementary school, Sekirovo district in property No. 502.1367, for which UPI I was formed in district No. 63 according to the plan of the town of Rakovski" Basic data about the object Location: town of Rakovski, Sekirovo quarter, str. "Peter Bogdan" No. 48. The project for the public procurement was prepared on the basis of a draft visa issued by Ch. architect of the Municipality of Rakovski. The gym has an entrance from the eastern part and is at H=30 cm from the elevation of the adjacent terrain. In its southern part, the building is designed on two levels. The roof is gabled from thermal panels. Drainage is entirely within the investor's property. The construction is all metal. The enclosing walls are made of thermal panels. The object is the first group, fourth category of constructions according to the PRVVCPRS and ZUT. A detailed description of all planned activities and their volume is contained in the Technical Specification, the project and the CCC attached to this documentation. The deadline for the implementation of the construction and assembly works is at the proposal of the participant and should be not shorter than 240 (two hundred and forty) calendar days and not longer than 280 (two hundred and eighty) calendar days. The term begins to run from the date of signing the Protocol for opening a construction site and determining the construction line and level for construction of the technical infrastructure (Appendix 2a to Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 2 of Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003 for drawing up acts and protocols during art...
