- The scope of the public procurement includes:
Implementation of construction works and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the implementation of the construction, in accordance with the regulatory requirements, the requirements of the contracting authority, the investment project and the quantitative accounts;
Transmission of the site and its acceptance by the contracting authority, by Act Form No. 15 under Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003 on the drafting of acts and protocols during construction;
Elimination of defects in case they are established during the delivery of the construction and its commissioning;
Warranty Construction and elimination of defects within the warranty deadlines.
The implementation of the subject of the public procurement should be carried out in full compliance with the "technical specification" proposed by the contracting authority, which is an integral part of the investment project.
Kindergarten is provided and sized For 72 children - 4 groups with 18 children each and is resolved on two levels (2 floors), connected to each other by a vertical communication knot - staircase and elevator.
The following functions and rooms are located on the first floor:
• Input lobby;
• security;
• lobby;
• corridors;
• Total bathroom with toilet and sink, sized, so as to allow it to be used by people with limited motor skills using wheelchairs;
• Hygienic room with Ausgus and a place for storage of cleaning performance materials, preparations, etc.;
