- 1. Pursuant to the issued Building Permit No. 11/11.10.2022, supplemented by Order No. 2/22.12.2022, Order No. 3 dated 26.03.2024 and Order No. 4 dated 30.09.2024, the site is divided into stages. The subject of this public procurement is the implementation of branches from Third stage, with a total length of 1276.20 l.m., described in the technical specification. 2. Carrying out all construction and installation works in accordance with the approved investment project, together with the quantity and quantity-value accounts to it, the issued building permit, the prescriptions and orders in the Order Book and the Technical Specifications. Implementation of the CMP includes the following: 2.1. Implementation of the construction in accordance with the issued construction documents and with the requirements of Art. 169, para. (1) and (3) of ZUT, as well as with the rules for the implementation of construction and assembly works and the measures to protect the life and health of people on the construction site; 2.2. Delivery and investment in the construction of the necessary building products, materials, equipment, etc., c compliance with the basic requirements for construction, as well as compliance with the technological requirements for their implementation; 2.3. Production and/or delivery of building details/elements and their investment in construction; 2.4. If necessary during construction - carrying out work on moving/displacing underground and above-ground networks and facilities; 2.5.
