- The project for a building housed two services RGPLD (resident care for adults with dementia) and one service of CSPLUTS (Center for Specialized Support for Disabled Persons and their Families) was developed on the basis of the standards and quality criteria set by the NCSU (Quality Ordinance Ordinanceof social services) set out in the technical assignment and the schemes, sketch and design visa applied to it. The project meets the requirements of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 2 to determine the requirements for accessibility and universal design of the elements of the accessible environment in the urbanized territory and of thebuildings and facilities.
