- Construction of a building - a center for specialized support for persons with disabilities and their families and 2 pcs. Resident care for adults with dementia in Veliko Tarnovo.
The building for a building with two services RGPLD (resident care for adults with dementia) and one CSPLUTS service (Center For specialized support for persons with disabilities and their families), it was developed on the basis of the standards and quality criteria set by the NCSU (Ordinance on the quality of social services) set out in the technical assignment and the attached schemes, sketches and design visa. Project It meets the requirements of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 to determine the requirements for accessibility and universal design of the elements of the accessible environment in the urbanized territory and of the buildings and facilities. Reverend. SG, issue. 12/12.02.2021, amend. SG No. 64/30.07.2024 (Ordinance on accessible environment). Tailored are the safety requirements and the specific requirements of the two types of social service, of Ordinance No. 4/2001 on the scope and content of the investment projects, as well as of all normative documents concerning the design of buildings and facilities.
The project will be implemented on the free southern part from the regulated land plot of UPI XV from square 365, according to the plan of Veliko Turnovo. In the northern, significantly larger area of the plot, is the Home for Elderly People "Veneta Boteva". The same is the subject of an upcoming renovation under a separate project.
