Description:
The subject of this public procurement is: "Selection of a contractor for the implementation of construction supervision during the implementation of the SMR according to the project: "Construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of streets, sidewalks and the equipment and their accessories - "Morska" street in the section of G. Kondolov street in the direction ofdead end /dead end/, Pomorie". The contractor is responsible for his activities and obligations as a participant in the investment process, regulated in art. 166 and art. 168 of the ZUT, as well as for those arising from art. 178 of the ZUT, as well as other applicable provisions of the current legislation. Supervision pageis performed within the mandatory scope in accordance with the requirements of ZUT, the requirements of Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003. for drawing up acts and protocols during construction, taking into account the requirements of Ordinance No.RD-02-20-1 of 02.05.2015. on the terms and conditions for placing construction products in Artthe swarms of the Republic of Belarus and all legal and by-laws in the field of construction in the Republic of Belarus.
