- The subject of this contract is the provision of construction waste treatment services, formed by small repairs from the households on the territory of Shumen Municipality and from sites for which the contractor is a municipal enterprise.
According to its sources of formation, construction waste from Repair activities to be treated according to this public procurement are:
-formed in small repair activities by households on the territory of Shumen Municipality
-formed by construction and repair activities at sites for which the contractor is a municipal enterprise.
By The meaning of the definition, given by § 1, item 3 of the additional provisions of the Ordinance on the Management of Construction Waste and for the insertion of recycled building materials (adopted by Decree No. 267 of 5.12.2017, promulgated, SG No. 98/18/2017) "Inert waste" are the waste, which:
a) do not undergo significant physical, chemical and biological changes;
(b) they are not soluble, do not burn or participate in other physical and/or chemical reactions;
(c) are not biodegradable and/or do not have an adverse effect on other substances with which they come into contact in a manner that leads to damage to human health or to environmental pollution above acceptable norms;
(d) According to their overall leaking ability, the content of pollutants in them and the ecotoxicity of infiltrate are insignificant and do not have a harmful effect on the quality of the surface and/or underground Voda.cela ... - Documents:
