Description:
The subject of the public procurement includes a technical investment project for the construction of a Youth Center in the town of Svishtov.
A technical investment project has been developed for the implementation of the planned technical projects.
Construction Permit No. 88/05.12.2022 was issued by the Chief Architect of the Municipality of Svishtov, for construction - fourth category.
Beforethe measures laid down in the prepared investment project provide for the following repair works to be carried out:
- Construction of a new building - Youth Center;
- Implementation of the investment project project, presented in parts Architecture, Constructions, Geodesy, Electricity, Water, HVAC and EE , PB and Parkowconstruction and improvement.
- Implementation of measures to ensure access for disadvantaged people.
- Other measures included in the investment project.
Detailed implementation requirements are according to the Technical Specification, an integral part of the participation documentation.
