Consulting service on the preparation of OSIP and exercise of construction supervision for site: "Reconstruction and completion of the water supply and sewerage network in the 3rd district of the town of Kostinbrod, municipality of Kostinbrod". The subject of the order includes the implementation of the following main activities: Conformity assessment of the investment project with the basic requirements for the constructions according to art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of the ZUT, in compliance with the requirements of Art. 142, para. 5 of the ZUT and preparation of a complex report for assessing the compliance of the investment project for the object described in the technical specification; Conformity assessment by part Constructive within the meaning of Art. 142, para. 10 of the ZUT (when applicable); Exercise of construction supervision within the meaning of Art. 168 of the ZUT, including control of plans for temporary organization of the movement in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation, approval of the materials placed on the site, carrying out a documentary and physical inspection of the construction process; Safety and Health Coordinator for the design stage and for the stage of construction; Carrying out control regarding: completeness and correct preparation and signing of acts and protocols during construction; the preparation of executive documentation; of the cadastral recording of the executed object; Responsible for the right keeping the construction order book; Carrying out all necessary activities for site acceptance purposes - review of all required documentation, performance review...
