• "Consulting services in accordance with Article 166, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code - carrying out an assessment of the compliance of the investment project and exercising construction supervision during the implementation of the SMR for the introduction of measures... "Consulting services under the order of Article 166, paragraph 1 of the ZUT - carrying out an assessment of the compliance of the investment project and exercising construction supervision during the implementation of the SMR for the introduction of energy efficiency measures for multi-family residential buildings in the city of Kyustendil, included in Package 5" Within the scope of the public procurement includes the following activities for implementation: Activity 1 - Compliance assessment of the investment project and preparation of a compliance report, according to Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 of the ZUT. Activity 2 - Exercise of construction supervision, according to ZUT and the bylaws related to its implementation.
