- The subject of this public procurement is "providing services" within the meaning of Art. Carrying out consulting services on management and reporting of 35 (thirty -five) applications with which Irrigation Systems EAD apply for assistance under the intervention "II.G.5-Investments in the irrigation infrastructure" from a strategic plan for the development of agriculture and rural areas of the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2023-2027 (SPRSR 2023-2027). Electronic Services (CEU) of the State Fund for Agriculture (SFA), together with all required documents, as well as the set of tangible and intangible assets and the related costs declared by Irrigation Systems EAD and appointed as eligible for funding under the strategic plan intervention.
Inspection of this, any application, which for the purposes of this order will be called "Project", covers a separate construction site to be reconstructed, related to its construction services by copyright and construction supervision, delivery of measuring devices of water consumption, delivery of machines and equipment to improve the conductivity of the facility, as well as consulting services for its management and reporting. The projects are distributed on a territorial basis in four lots.
