• The following activities are included for implementation in the scope of the public procurement for each of the specific positions: Activity 1 - Compliance assessment of the investment project and preparation of a compliance report, according to Art. 142, Para. item #1 to #7) Activity 2 - Exercise of construction supervision, according to the ZUT and the by-laws related to its implementation (for all specific positions) The execution of the order for each specific item in the allocated item includes two the stage (with the exception of a separate item No. 8), the launch of which is directly dependent on the readiness of the investment project and the construction contract for the relevant object. The execution of this order is carried out separately for each specific object, included in the relevant separate heading. The implementation for a given object is considered to have started from the date of receipt of an individual written notification from the Contracting Authority and continues until the issuance of a Permit for Use/Certificate for Commissioning for the particular object. In the event that the Employer sends the Contractor a written confirmation (award letter) simultaneously for all objects or for part of them, the implementation of the activities for each of these objects should be implemented in parallel and independently, subject to the deadlines for each specific site. The contracting authority reserves the right to start the implementation only for one or part of the objects by sending individual notifications for each of them. ...
