• Description:
• The following activities are included for implementation in the scope of the public procurement for each of the specific positions: Activity 1 - Compliance assessment of the investment project and preparation of a compliance report, according to Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 of the ZUT. Activity 2 - Exercise of construction supervision, according to the ZUT and the by-laws related to its implementation. Important! On the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Civil Code and in connection with Art. 7 of the PPZOP, the Contracting Authority has assigned the execution of the services under OP No. 3 and OP No. 4 under the order of their individual value. The separation of these separate positions was carried out in the presence of the required conditions, according to the provision of Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP, with an order for assignment under Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Civil Code, by concluding direct award contracts. The value of the individual items does not exceed EUR 78,976.19, and also does not exceed 20 percent of the total value of the order.
