- In accordance with the manufacturer's licensing policy, for the renewal of the right to use the current VMware virtualization software product licenses covering the needs of the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) should be provided in the last current version continuation of the right to use VMware virtualization software with support included until March 19, 2027 as follows: VMware vSphere Foundation with product number VCF-VSP-FND-1Y The contractor is obliged to provide continuation of the right to use 240 VMware vSphere Foundation virtualization licenses from the license manufacturer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Continuation of Right to Use Virtualization Software VMware Continuation of the right to use with included support for VMware virtualization software - 240 units of VMware vSphere Foundation, with product number VCF-VSP-FND-1Y until March 19, 2027. Support level: - the contractor should ensure continuation the right to use the software product with included software support from the manufacturer; - the contractor should ensure continuation of the right of use, according to the manufacturer's conditions; - the contractor should ensure free and unhindered use of the product for the period of validity of the licenses; - the renewed right of use must be secured in the name of the Financial Supervision Commission; -for the period of use of the virtualization software VMwa...
