Main Site: The procurement will be carried out on the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA - at the office of the IJWC in Sofia, 17 George Washington Str., and the selected contractor. the implementation of the software component will be realized through the implementation of the following main activities:
- activity 1 "Analysis of the current state",
- deActivity 2 "Defining Consumer Requirements
- Activity 3" Preparing a Detailed Specification (System Design) ",
- Activity 4" Developing the Software Solution ",
- Activity 5" Testing the Software Solution Developed ",
- Activity 6" Software Product Implementation ",
- Activity 7" Documenting the Software Product Developed
- Activity 8 "Training the Software Product Users",
- Activity 9 "Warranty Support".
No requirements
Participants should have completed a minimum turnover in the scope of the contract, calculated on the basis of annual turnover, for the last 3 financial years, depending on the date of creation or commencement of their activity pursuant to Article 61, Paragraph 1, Item 1, Proposal 2 of the Public Procurement Act.
Compliance with the set criteriaParticipants shall declare their selection by completing the information in Part IV "Selection Criteria", Section B "Economic and Financial Condition" of the Single European Procurement Document (OEDOP).
The absence of grounds for removal shall be declared in OEDOP. if a bidder submits an offer as a grouping that is not registered as a sole legal entity, no changes in the composition of the bidder are allowed.y after the deadline for submission of the bid (s). If the Merger Agreement lacks clauses guaranteeing the modification of the above conditions, or the composition of the Merger changes after the offer is submitted, the tenderer will be excluded from participation.
The performance guarantee is at the rate of 5 (five) percent of the value of the contract excluding VAT, including:
- 3 (three)% of the value for Fr.performance security,
- 2 (two)% of the value for providing warranty support.
The performance guarantee shall be presented before the conclusion of the relevant contract in the form of:
1. Amount of money deposited into the account of the contracting authority
2. An unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee that guarantees performance by covering the liability of the contractor concerned.
Validity - 60calendar days after the deadline of the contract.
The Contractor is obliged to maintain the validity of the bank guarantee throughout the contract.
3. Insurance that secures performance by covering the liability of the contractor concerned.
