Description : TenneT is planning the conversion of an existing administration building at your location in Eisenbahnlängsweg 2a, 31275 Lehrte/ Ahlten, consisting of a building with 3 upper floors plus an attic and no basement as well as a building with 4 upper floors plus attic and a basement. The parts of the existing building are adjacent to a new building that was put into operation in November 2022. First of all, the gutting of the existing building down to the supporting structure is planned. This includes the complete dismantling of the interior fittings as well as the TGA systems and pipe systems. After the gutting, the existing administration building will be converted from single and double offices to a campus building with a non-territorial open space office landscape including meeting and quiet work rooms as well as communication areas in the form of meeting points/teen kitchens. An exception is the ground floor, whose use is characterized by a quiet work zone in the form of a library and service rooms for FM and IT.
