- Description: This announcement concerns the intention of the municipality of Doetinchem to conclude a cooperation agreement in accordance with Article 4.16 Procurement Act. This cooperation agreement as well as the possible purchase and realization agreement may not be a European tender plan. It therefore concerns a "voluntary" announcement from legal certainty. On 31 October 2014, the municipality and BECEDO signed a start agreement that indicates the starting points for the redevelopment of the Bongerd in Doetinchem on the basis of which parties entered negotiate. The cooperation agreement concerns an elaboration of the agreements for the sale (of apartment rights) to BECEDO and the realization of a supermarket including sports hall as they have already been entered into on 31 October 2014. A European procurement obligation does not deal with the supermarket owned by BECEDO (via an apartment right) to be realized and operated for your own account and risk, as well as the command value for the sports hall is depreciated and BECEDO is not required to realize.
