• "Creation of communication strategy, creative concept and visual and communication identity, as well as development of audio-visual and digital communication materials for national information... The purpose of this public procurement is to develop and implementation of a complete, integrated communication strategy, which will serve as a basis for creating a creative concept, visual and communication identity and subsequent development of audio-visual and digital communication materials for national information campaign in support of the screening campaigns, part of the National Plan to fight cancer in the Republic of Bulgaria. The campaign aims to achieve a sustainable impact on awareness, attitudes and motivation to participate in screening through strategically planned, medically correct, ethical and socially responsible communication aimed at clearly defined target and risk groups. The purpose of the order is to: • increasing awareness and motivation to participate in screening; • overcoming behavioral barriers such as fear, stigmatization, procrastination and misinformation; • promotion to examinations and prevention; • ensuring uniform, consistent and recognizable messages in all communication channels; • guarantee of medical correctness and ethical sensitivity of the content; • ensuring readiness of all communication products for distribution in television, radio and digital channels.
