• Description:
• The object of the public procurement is the "provision of services" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Civil Code. The subject of the order is "Creation of educational content in VR and training modules in the field of cultural and historical heritage" within the framework of a project ROBG00307 VIRTUAL HERITAGE ("Virtual Classrooms") under the Cross-Border Cooperation Program "Interreg VI-A Romania - Bulgaria 2021-2027", with Beneficiary Belene Municipality. The goal is the development and implementation of digital educational content-digital educational modules based on virtual reality (VR technology), incl. collecting data for 3D modeling and creating high-quality 3D content with a focus on the common Roman heritage of the Lower Danube. Activities to conduct a short are also included operation and maintenance training, provision of academic and methodological support, assistance in the correct application of scientific and technical standards in the digitization, reconstruction and preparation of 3D content, as well as support the increase of expert capacity in the field of VR products and digital reconstructions. Professional translation and language adaptation of all educational materials is carried out at least in Bulgarian and Romanian.
