- The subject of the activities is the renovation of an existing roof of the Borovets VPD, the building consists of a hotel part, a warm connection, a restaurant and the kitchen. The specification was prepared on the basis of on -site inspections and a technical inspection, from which significant physical and functional wear was identified of the roof system. The roofs are two -sided, except for the warm connection.
The existing sheet metal coating is in a depreciated state - with corroded areas, compromised slopes and partially missing or loose fixing elements. Damage to the water discharge system has been identified separately and the lightning protection installation. The lining around the dormers and chimneys are compromised, which creates a prerequisite for moisture penetration. Snow -holding elements have highly corroded and partially disconnected, which significantly reduces their efficiency and creates the risk of uncontrolled landing of snow mass.
The purpose of the intended construction works is to complete the roof covering, including the delivery and installation of a new thermal insulation system, LT sheet metal with polyester protective coating, new cladding, as well as complete restoration of the functionality of the dash, chimney sections, lightning protection Installation and snow retention system.
