Description:
The public procurement is enforceable under the conditions described in the instructions and documentation for participation and is subject to: Daily preparation and delivery of food at lots:
Lot # 1: Daily preparation and delivery of food to consumers from a home for adults with physical disabilities (DPLFU).
Lot 2: Daily preparation and delivery of food for consumers from the Family -type Accommodation Center for children and young people with disabilities (CNSTDMU) - chrysanthemum and family -type accommodation center for children and young people with disabilities (CNSTDMU) - Peaceful days.
Lot No 3: Daily preparation and delivery of food for consumers from a family -type accommodation center for adults with dementia (CNSTPLD) and a family -type accommodation center for adults with natural disabilities (CNSPLFU).
The scope of activities in lots №1, №2 and №3 is described in The technical specification for the respective lot, an integral part of the documentation for participation.
For Lot No 1:
The contractor provides a daily four -time meal, including: breakfast, lunch, a support breakfast and dinner.
The total number of users is 36 persons. On a change In the number of users, the director, of the social service, informs the contractor of the total number of portions for the next day and the number of portions on diets.
