Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the preparation and delivery of ready -made food, in lots as follows:
Lot # 1: "Preparation and delivery of food for daily nutrition for children from 10 months to 7 years of age at the Kalina DG at the Ministry of Defense".
Lot No 2: "Social cuisine service at the Ministry of Defense in Aytos."
Complete description of the needs by type, quantity, quality, place and term of fulfillment, as well as the specific requirements related to the subject of the separate position are contained in the parameters of the respective distinct digit ZAIS EOP, as well as in the attached technical specifications.
The contracts with the selected contractors will be concluded at a value to the estimated estimated value in the relevant lots. On the grounds of Art. 116, Al. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, after the expiry of the stipulated period of action, the contracts may be extended until the foreseen of the intended financial resources are exhausted.
The contracting authorities are not obliged to spend the announced estimated value in the separate positions in the performance of the contracts. The cost of implementation The public procurement is determined by the specific needs of the contracting authority, the requests made for the preparation and the amount of food delivered for the duration of the contracts.
