Description:
The public order has the subject of supplies of food products for the needs of the "Buratino" DG - the city of Plovdiv and includes a total of four separate items:
- separate item No. 1 "Supplies of milk and dairy food products";
- separate item No. 2 " Deliveries of meat and meat food products, fish andeggs";
- separate item No. 3 "Delivery of bread and pasta"; and
- separate item No. 4 "Delivery of fruit and vegetable preserves and packaged food products".
Delivery of food products is aimed at: ensuring quality , healthy and nutritious food for children visiting ethe eating establishment; Ensuring a correct feeding regime for children, taking into account the requirements of the Health Act and the normative acts on its implementation; Improving the quality and conditions under which children are fed; Increasing the speed of delivery when food is neededphysical products.
The execution of all deliveries on the subject of the order will be carried out after a prior request from the Director of the kindergarten or an official authorized by him. The conditions under which the subject of the order will be realized, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting partyand the contractor, are according to: the draft contract; the technical specification; the technical and price proposals of the contractor, for each specific item.
