• Deliveries of food products for the needs of DG "Chuchuliga" - the city of Plovdiv, in five separate positions The subject of the order covers periodic deliveries of food products in accordance with the technical specification and samples of technical and price proposals for the specific positions - an integral part of the documentation for the public procurement. The specific positions are as follows: OP 1 "Delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables" OP 2 "Supply of milk and dairy food products" OP 3 "Delivery of meat and meat foodstuffs, fish and eggs' OP 4 "Deliveries of canned and processed fruits and vegetables, packaged food products and pulses" OP 5 "Delivery of dietary and gluten-free food products" The conditions under which the subject of the order, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, are according to: the draft contract; the technical specification; the technical and price proposals for each specific item. The contract to be entered into with the participant designated for executor of a corresponding specific position (OP 1 - OP 4), will have a term of validity according to the draft contract. The contracting authority does not foresee the conclusion of a written contract for the implementation of OP 5.
